I never saw myself as the athletic type (and honestly, still don’t!).

But I always knew I would be strong and healthy in my 40s.

It’s not about having an aesthetic body or fitting into a certain size.

It’s about being there for my daughter, the way she deserves.

It’s about staying independent and living life to the fullest, for as long as possible.

It’s about defying the limitations age can sometimes impose.

Running, yoga, strength training – they’ve all become part of my routine.

No day feels complete without them.

Maybe “dying fit” sounds a bit dramatic, but ultimately, I want to feel good and take care of my body.

My only philosophy is:

Embrace it, and it will Embrace you right back.

This International Day of Yoga, Find your own path.

Embrace your body, your potential, and the life you want to live
