I was just 20 DAYS old when I had experienced almost every mode of transport!
Born in Russia and making my way to India, I had already been on a train, plane, boat, and bus before most people could even walk.
Being a naval officer’s daughter, transfers were a way of life.
I’ve lived in diverse cities like Bombay, Delhi, Visakhapatnam etc.
From the very beginning, travel wasn’t just a necessity, it became a passion.
Here’s how this unique upbringing shaped me into the Global HR professional I am today:
✨Constantly adjusting to new places as a kid made me a master of adapting to different cultures and environments. Now, it helps me understand the diverse needs of our global workforce!
✨Experiencing new customs and perspectives from a young age broadened my horizons and instilled a deep appreciation for the many ways people work.
✨Learning to navigate communication styles across cultures has been invaluable in building strong relationships with colleagues worldwide.
Travel is a huge part of who I am, and I’m incredibly grateful for the foundation it provided.
P.S. What unique experiences have shaped your career path?
